Plumbing emergencies don't follow office hours, so we don't either. A real person answers the phone day and night, and a real engineer comes out — often within the hour. There's no call centre, no answering service, and no padded estimates. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and a 12-month guarantee on everything we touch.
What we believe
Honest pricing beats cheap pricing. If a job needs an hour and a £40 part, we'll tell you that on the phone. We'd rather quote a slightly higher fixed price and stick to it than reel you in with a low number and load it up at the end.
Fix it once. A patched leak that comes back next month isn't really fixed. Our engineers carry comprehensive vans so the right part is usually with us, and we'd rather take an extra 20 minutes to do it properly than rush off to the next job.
Leave it cleaner than we found it. Dust sheets out before the boards come up, vacuum on the way out. It sounds basic but it's the bit other firms forget.
